Luc Ouellette was taken off his drives Thursday night at Woodbine when he failed to pass a breathalizer test. In a posting on the harnesslist, Greg Reinhart, who maintains a website for Ouellette, explained Ouellette admitted he had a "couple of beers over the noon hour, went for his afternoon nap, got up at four, went to the track and blew over when he got there."
