A total of 338 yearlings went through the ring and brought an average price of $43,966 during the first session of the Standardbred Horse Sale Company's annual auction in Harrisburg, Pa., on Monday. Western Mac, a brown colt by Western Hanover, fetched the highest price of the first session when he brought a high bid of $305,000 from Rich Annunziata.
