Driver Chris Page won the final of the Floating Dream Series and Steamin Demon Series for pacers at Scioto Downs in consecutive races on Thursday.

He guided CB Sammie Suit to a front-running triumph in the Floating Dream final as she took advantage of post 1 to control the race from the start. After a front half in 58.1 seconds, Page and his filly shook off a challenge from Southwind Rah Rah and then had plenty left to hold off Aunt Siller and Becauseofyou. CB Sammie Suit was timed in 1:55, a new lifetime mark.

The On The Attack lass is trained and leased by Steve Carter and it was her fifth win in 11 starts this season. She was winless in six starts last season.

In the final of the Steamin Demon Series, Page guided Cruisinfullthrottle to a long, overland challenge to pacesetting Three New Dawns. Page made his move coming past the grandstand the first time and was first-over the remainder of the mile. The courageous gelding by Yankee Cruiser overtook Three New Dawns and then pulled away from the pursuers. He hit the wire in 1:54.4.

Second was Solid Stand and Feel The Love was third while Three New Dawns faded to fourth.

It was the fourth win in eight starts in 2010 for Cruisinfullthrottle after being shut out in 10 starts last season. He is trained by Tye Loy for owner Roger Morlock of Valley City, Ohio.
