There was no stopping Panaramic Art and his winning streak Saturday night at the Meadowlands as the 4-year-old gelded son of Hot Pans captured the $83,700 final of the Clyde Hirt Series in 1:51.2 for his 18th straight victory.

Driver George Brennan eased Panaramic Art away at the start from post three and fifth as the field passed the opening quarter in :27.1. On the backstretch Brennen tipped Panaramic Art behind the cover of Captain Cambest and John Campbell and followed them to the front at the :54.4 half.

Once on the lead Panaramic Art was in complete command. He opened up by three lengths in the lane and cruised to the wire, finishing two lengths ahead of the late rally by Artsreos, who got up for second for Andy Miller over Captain Cambest.

Owned by Squawk Box Stable and Keep The Dream Going Inc., Panaramic Art began his winning streak last July 15 in a county fair race at What Cheer, Iowa. After winning eight in row in Iowa and Missouri he won three straight at Yonkers Raceway and his victory Saturday night was his seventh straight at the Big M.

Stefano Scarogni of the Squawk Box Stable said in the winner’s circle that after a week off Panaramic Art’s next start will be in Exit 16W Series at the Meadowlands and then he will enter go against the top older pacing horses in the country in the Leavy Memorial Series at Yonkers.

Scarrogni also added that all offers on the horse “are open” and welcome for discussion.
