Perfect Sport, a 3-year-old filly by Sportsmaster who was bought by Gerrie Tucker in November, lowered her lifetime mark to 1:53.3 by winning an overnight at the Meadowlands Sunday afternoon.
Ryan Anderson drove the filly for his father, trainer Joe Anderon. The filly got her start racing at Balmoral Park and then was purchased by Tucker and transferred to Joe Anderson's stable. She finished the 2008 season with four wins in eight starts and is obviously off to a good beginning in '09.
