According to Thursday's Boston Herald, a Massachusetts Appeals Court judge has ruled that Louis Giuliano, an original investor in Plainridge Racecourse, is entitled to stock shares, a decision that could lead the way for a possible ownership change of the track. That could be another major obstacle to hurdle since the track is now controlled by a different entity than the one that built the track.
