The isle Pompano Park will open again for live racing on Saturday night, with the feature a $12,000 Open Pace featuring Armbro Dynamic, Cape Karuna, Change Your Luck, Object Of Art and Golden Mattjesty.

Armbro Dynamic, owned by Rod Lorenzo along with Souren Hovsepian, comes into the action off of a relaxing four month vacation and has been installed as the 2-1 morning line favorite. The 6-year-old son of Western Hanover has banked $230,345 lifetime and looked sharp in a “tune-up” qualifier over the recently manicured five-eighths mile track. Wally Hennessey will handle the lines behind Armbro Dynamic for trainer Michile Lorenzo.

Florida Sunshine Stakes action continues on Saturday morning with an 11-race non-wagering matinee beginning at 10 am followed by five additional Sunshine Stakes on the betting card. Isle Of View Too, Red Hot Howard, Diamond Howard look to keep their juvenile records unblemished in their respective divisions while the 3-year-old trotting filly Pearl Of Capri seeks her 13th straight victory stretching back to last year in her matinee event.

Post time for the evening card is 7:05 pm with the new Pick-4 wager (encompassing races 5-6-7-8) making its debut, and a new simulcast center at the track. (isle Pompano Park)
