After meeting with representatives of the Florida Standardbred Breeders and Owners Association, Pompano Park has reconsidered its recent plans to cut 18 live racing days from the March and April racing schedule. Instead, only four days of racing--March 31, April 7, 14 and 21--will be dropped. The Wednesday-Friday-Saturday live schedule will continue from April 1 until closing day on Saturday, Aug. 2. (FSBOA)
