Print It wins for Kelly

Although the world of baseball is now focusing on the World Baseball Championship, former Minnesota Twins manager Tom Kelly had his eyes focused on Dover Downs Saturday where his Print It finished in a dead heat for first in the featured $17,000 conditioned pace.



Driver Brandon Givens sent Print It into the lead after the quarter then fought off a challenge from Allamericam (Kevin Sizer) on the backstretch. Turning for home Print It held a 1½-length lead. Tony Morgan drove Apache Of Grey up the passing lane, inching up with every step as the two simultaneously reached the wire in 1:53.3.



The win was Print It's second in seven starts this year. Apache Of Gray has now won three straight for owners Fred Hertrich, Brooks Stable and Green Racing.
