Pro Bono Best, the sire of top free-for-aller Bono Bests p,4, 1:49.3, will stand at Perretti Farms of Indiana effective with the 2009 breeding season. He was previously scheduled to stand at Schwartz Boarding Farm in Indiana.
Pro Bono Best was a world champion 2-year-old on a five-eighths mile track and also won the Metro. Since his retirement from racing he has stood at stud in Kentucky (2002), New York and Indiana. Last year was his first in the Hoosier State and he was bred to 76 mares.
His stud fee will be $2,000.
