Tioga County lawmakers introduced a bill Tuesday that would permit video lottery terminals (VLTs) at Tioga Downs. County lawmakers must approve VLTs, but will first hold a public hearing on June 10. According to the Binghamton (NY) Press & Sun, a final vote is expected June 14.
