Qualifiers set for Hoosier

Qualifiers will be held at Hoosier Park Saturday morning as opening night for the live race meet is only about two weeks away on Friday, April 6.

The barn area at Hoosier was opened for horses earlier this week and the track is available for jogging and trainer. The first qualifiers are scheduled for 10 a.m. Saturday, with entries having to be made by 9 a.m. Friday. Qualifiers will then be held Wednesdays and Saturdays throughout the meet. A special nighttime qualifier card has been scheduled for Wednesday, March 28, to test out the lighting system.
