According to a report in Thursday's Cincinnati Enquirer, Raceway Park and the off-track betting parlor it operates near the Cedar Point amusement park in Sandusky, have been sold to Argosy Gaming Co. for about $20 million. Argosy operates the Argosy riverboat casino near Cincinnati, and a chief executive for the company told the Enquirer the purchase is to "give us a little bit of an insurance policy for what might happen in Ohio."
