Heavy rain Sunday night and more showers Monday evening forced cancellation of the first program of racing at the DuQuoin State Fair Monday night, Aug. 28. The card included eliminations for the ICF Stakes which were to have finals later in the week. As a result of the rainout, those stakes will be raced in divisions with 3 year olds going to the post on Friday, Sept. 1, and the 2 year olds on Saturday, Sept. 2.
