Monticello Raceway will offer $94,500 in overnight races on the 12-race card of Tuesday, May 2. “This is the largest amount of money we’ve ever given out for an overnight card in all of the 48 years that we (Monticello Raceway) have been in existence,” noted Monticello Raceway general manager Shawn Wiles “We present our best racing programs on Tuesday afternoons and the races usually attract our biggest handles of the week.”
