Red River arrives in Indiana, Touchdown Town to follow

Red River Hanover, the former North America cup champion has arrived at the Horseplex Of Indiana following another successful season at New Zealand's Nevele R Stud.

The full brother to Richess Hanover and three quarter brother to Rocknroll Hanover should prove a welcome addition to the blossoming Indiana breeding program

Also slated for stud duty at The Horseplex is Touchdown Town (Muscles Yankee-Graceful Touch) the full brother to world champion Muscle Mass 2,1:53.4 and last year's Harrisburg yearling salestopper Muscle Massive at $425,000.

Actually it's a salestopper family as Touchdown Town attracted a top bid of $320,000 and the 07 Harrisburg auction while Muscle Mass was the 08 mixed sale topper at $420,000.

Touchdown Town's promising racing career was curtailed by injury and it was decided to offer his almost impossible to obtain bloodlines at stud.

His sire Muscles Yankee is considered the foremost trotting stallion in the world today while his dam Graceful Touch is a full sister to the celebrated World Trotting Derby winner and European sire Cobol  Graceful Touch and Cobol rank as the only live foals credited to the champion broodmare Act of Grace.
