Riley Rose dropped down from last week's Open to win the $22,000 filly and mare winners-over pace over an off track on a rainy Tuesday at Dover Downs. Shady Sahbra won the sub-feature pace. Tim Tetrick and Ron Pierce won three races.

Tetrick notched his third win of the day piloting Esther Bier's homebred Riley Rose, A Real Artist 5 year old from Bad Girl Joyce, splashing to a 1:53.4 triumph in the feature for female pacers. Riley Rose took the lead on the first turn and was never headed in her eighth win of 2008. She has now won $131,315 this year. Ball Gown A (Eric Goodell) raced second from the start. Ireneonthemove (Corey Callahan) closed strongly to finish third.

In an $18,500 filly and mare pace, after three straight second-place finishers, Lorna Cohen's Shady Sabrina broke through with success as Tetrick drove the Cam's Dignity-Mymymysharona 6 year old to a 1:53.3 victory. Seamstresforthepan (Allan Davis) sat second during the mile and took second in front of Fantasy Winner (Ross Wolfenden). The victory was the 10th of the season for Shady Sabrina, lifting her earnings this year to $91,945.

Mymymylookatherfly stepped out of the claming ranks to score a 1:54.4 win in a $15,000 filly and mare pace. Callahan won the first of two wins driving the Real Artist-Radiant Breeze 5 year old owned and trained by his dad, Nick Callahan. Rafaella Seelster (Eddie Davis Jr.) cut out the pace and held on for second. Play For Real (Jonathan Roberts) was the show horse.

Charles Cochran's Dasher On Attack, overlooked at 8-1, pulled a surprise in a $14,000 female pace as the 3 year old by On The Attack-Dasher's Girl scored a wire-to-wire 1:54.4 victory with Tetrick at the controls. Cruisematic (Wolfenden) was second with Lucy Lou Lynn (Donald Davis) the third finisher.

In another $14,000 distaff pace, Pierce was in control throughout a 1:54.4 win for Three Point Acres' Debs Lady Fortune. The Delaware-sired 3 year old is a Cam's Fortune daughter from Debs Dream Pocket. PW Michelle (George Dennis) and Fox Valley Backoff (Mike Cole) were second and third, respectively. (Dover Downs)
