Rock N Roll Star, winner of the Bluegrass and International Stallion Stakes at two, returned to the track Friday morning with a 3 ˝-length win in a qualifier at Scioto Downs in 1:58.1. Driven by Kyle Ater, the 3-year-old son of The Panderosa posted fractions of :28.1, :59 and 1:28.4 in the wire-to-wire win over a track rated “sloppy”. The gelding made $186,379 last year and holds a mark of 1:51.3 taken in the Bluegrass.
