Trainer Ken Rucker’s 2005 positive tests in Illinois for indomethacin have finally resulted in a penalty. The Illinois Racing Board (IRB) ruled on Feb. 11 that Rucker pay a fine of $10,000 and serve a 90-day suspension (Feb. 11 through May 11).
