Scioto Downs, which begins its 50th Anniversary season on May 9, is seeking a person to work as an identifier for the 68 programs of racing at the central Identifiers must be licensed by the U.S. Trotting Association or obtain a license prior to the racing season. Horsemen planning to race at Scioto Downs during its 50th Anniversary season are reminded that stall applications are due April 1 and that payments on 2008 late closers are due April 15.
