Saratoga-based harness trainer Sean Campbell was reportedly found not guilty Tuesday on charges of animal cruelty that has kept him on the sidelines since June 2005. Campbell, 45, was charged with beating his wife's riding horse at Saratoga after local police received a complaint from People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals (PETA).
