Two $20,000 Delaware Standardbred Breeders Fund races for 3-year-old colt trotters were contested Wednesday night at Dover Downs with Swissonian and Secret Agent coming up winners.

In the first $20,000 prelim, Fred and Layhoon Bruner's Swissonian led from the start for a 1:59.2 victory. The sport's leading dash-win driver in 2007, Tim Tetrick was in the sulky to guide the CR Commando colt to his second straight win this season. It was Swissonian's sixth lifetime win in only eight races. Nanticoke Snazz, a daughter of Loge, finished second, with CR Commando daughter Powerful Committee third.

The second $20,000 colt section went to Secret Agent, owned and trained by Tom O. Lail of Swedesboro, N.J.. The son of CR Commando made good use of starting from post one. Trainer-driver Eddie Dennis took him right to the lead and the brown colt chalked up a 2:02.2 victory. Penn State Fan, reined by Tony Morgan, finished a strong second. Jim King-drove Master Commando to a third-place finish. All three were sired by CR Commando. (with files from Dover Downs)
