Snow White co-owner Curtis Larrimore said Thursday afternoon that New York-based owner Jerry Silva has purchased a 20-percent interest in the world champion 2-year-old trotting filly after negotiations that had begun a few weeks ago in Lexington were finalized.

“I sealed the deal in Lexington and we executed the agreement a couple of days ago. It’s a done deal and (Silva) is in for the Goldsmith Maid,” Larrimore told harnessracing.com. “We came to terms and reached the agreement, and it was a good deal as for a business decision.”

Larrimore, in partnership with Joe Petrosky and Mark Stonesifer, race as North State Street Partners, and they shared ownership in the daughter of Self Possessed with Harness The Power, which consists of trainer Kevin Lare and his wife, Suzanne.

“All of the partners sold five percent each, so everybody is equal owners now,” said Larrimore. “(The breakdown is) North State Street has 60 percent, Harness The Power has 20 percent and Jerry Silva now has 20 percent.”

Snow White has won nine of 11 starts this year, including her world-record 1:52.4 effort at The Red Mile in early August, and has earnings of $588,112. Although she broke stride while on the lead in the final turn of her Goldsmith Maid elimination last Friday night at Woodbine, she recovered to finish fifth and earn a spot in this Saturday’s $652,950 final, drawing post five with driver John Campbell.
