Fake Denario N won the $32,500 pace, Clinton Longshot had just enough to take the $30,000 Delaware Special, while Sharky Osborne romped in the $24,000 Open Pace on a speed-filled Dr Martin Luther King card Monday at Dover Downs.

Ron Pierce raced David Scharf's Fake Denario N from off the pace moving to the outside to follow Dream Rocket and Ross Wolfenden rounding the clubhouse turn. The Fake Left gelding then rolled three wide around the final turn to collar front-pacing Maximum Viking with Jim Morand in mid stretch. Fake Denario N reached the finish line in 1:50.2 to give trainer Josh Green a triple. Dram Rocket got up to finish second in front of Maximum Viking.

Marjorie Richards' mid-summer modest purchase Clinton Longshot paid another dividend in the $30,000 Delaware Special. The Dauntless Bunny 5 year old driven by Wolfenden found room in deep stretch and just got up in 1:51.4 to edge a fast-finishing Make A Success, driven by David Miller, by a nose. Black Cat Bone, piloted by Pierce, wove through the field from post eight to finish third. The win was the fourth of the meet with a second and two thirds for Clinton Longshot.

Razor sharp Sharky Osborne matched the fastest time of the night with a 1:50.2 victory in the $25,000 Open Pace. Tony Morgan chalked up his second win of the night for Gary Minner and Pete Richardson winning for the third consecutive time. Midnight Walk, steered by Wolfenden, was runner-up. Beware Beret and Pierce took third.

Four Starzzz Favor became the winningest horse of the meet when Pierce guided the Matt's Scooter gelding home in 1:51.3 for his sixth consecutive victory. Crystal Art (Morand) took second money. Gryffindor (Tim Tetrick) finished third.

Three Point Acres' Lotsa Guy was Morgan's third winner scoring a 1:51.4 triumph in one of the $18,000 winners-over paces. The win was the fourth in his last six outings for the Threefold gelding. Real Good Thing (Wolfenden) came in second. SF Supreme (Miller) was third.

Thin Blue Line returned to the winner's circle for Paul and WJ McDougall Racing stables with a powerful 1:50.4 front-pacing victory in a $14,000 male pace. Miller began his driving double driving the former Michigan stakes champion. Vasvixen N (Pierce) was next in front of Beretta Hall (Morgan).

Miller also drove Dragondotcom for Brooks Stables and Green Racing Inc. to his third win in five starts recording a 1:51.4 victory in the first of two $40,000 claiming paces. Ramblin Bunn (Morgan) and McCabe Hall (Tim Curtin) finished second and third, respectively.

In the other high-priced claimer, Morgan racked up his second win behind In High Gear, owned by Chris Choros and Crissman Inc., a 1:52.1 winner. Cerignola (Brandon Givens) was second with Jiffy Popcorn (Pierce) third.

What A View notched a 1:52 win in a $30,000 claiming allowance for Wayne Givens and Donick Stable, one of three wins for Pierce. Mattruly (Roger Plante) finished second with Marcus Mainbrace A (Morgan) the show horse.

Corey Callahan drove JO Hickory, a horse he owns with his dad, trainer Nick Callahan, to a 1:54.2 victory in a $20,000 male claiming pace overtaking Fuzzy Charmer (Morgan) in mid stretch. Pacific Challenger (Wolfenden) completed the trifecta.

The Wiz Kings Stabl's Traditionalist driver Roger Plante used the passing lane to overtake Kirwan's Reward N (Kevin Sizer) in deep stretch for a 1:53.3 win. Keither (Tetrick) was the third finisher. (Dover Downs)
