After heavy rains caused the cancellation of the Monday harness racing program at the Illinois State Fair Grounds, the Monday and Tuesday cards were shortened and combined. The Tuesday first post will be 3 p.m. (central).
All overnight races from Monday have been cancelled and overnight and amateur races for Tuesday have also been cancelled.
The first post for the remainder of the Monday card will be at 3 p.m. (central) with races every 15 minutes. The remainder of the Tuesday card will begin at 5 p.m. (central)
