Meadowlands Racetrack will hold the first round of its Spring Survivor Series for trotters and pacers next week. The trotting series begins Friday, March 30, with the entry box closing at 9 a.m. Monday, March 26. The pacing series commences Saturday, March 31. That entry box closes 9 a.m. on Tuesday, March 27. Due to fewer nominations than anticipated, no horse will be eliminated during the first bracket of the series. The highest placings during the first and second bracket will advance to the semi-final to form two, 10-horse fields. Horses must compete in the first two brackets to advance to the semi-final.
