Stylish Solution extended her winning streak to nine wins Friday night in the $46,500 Fillies and Mares Open at the Meadowlands.
Brian Sears brushed Stylish Solution to the top in a :55.1 half and she gamely held off all challengers to win in 1:51:3. Stylish Solution paid $3.60 in the night’s fifth race. After battling neck and neck through the lane, Little Miss Dragon defeated KG Delight for the runner-up spot. Stylish Solution, trained by Nat Varty, improved her record to 11 wins in 28 starts for 2007. David Schneider’s mare boosted her career earnings to more than $107,000. (Meadowlands)
