As of Tuesday night, Dec. 28, there was no contract between the Illinois Harness Horsemen's Association (IHHA) and Balmoral and Maywood Park racetracks. Contract negotiations between theIHHA and track management broke pff Tuesday night without an agreement being signed for the year 2005, which is scheduled to start with this upcoming Saturday evening's card. No draw took place tonight at Balmoral fora Jan. 1, 2005, card.
