Seven horses have been scratched during Little Brown Jug week at the Delaware (Ohio) County Fairgrounds--including two on Jugette day Wednesday--for pre-race elevated blood-gas tests. All seven horses tested over the Ohio limit of 38 in the tests taken in the Delaware paddock.
