Two year olds were in action in baby races at the Meadowlands Saturday morning and trainer George Teague dominated the pacing action, sending out seven starters in the 11 baby races for pacers and seeing five of them post wins.
Teague's winners were two daughters of Western Hanover, Fancy Filly (1:58) and Tee Time (1;59); Wide Screen and Pandapocket, both sons of The Panderosa, in 1:57.4 and 2:00, respectively; and I'm Gorgeous, a son of Bettor's Delight, in 1:58. Brian Sears drove all of Teague's winners.
The fastest 2-year-old pacing winner in the 11 races was Dancinwiththestarz (Four Starzzz Shark-So Western), who scored in 1:56.3 for Sears and trainer John Stark Jr.
In addition, Whole Lotta Shakin, a colt from the first crop of Rocknroll Hanover out of Fox Valley Shaker, finished on the wire with another son of Rocknroll Hanover, Rock Holiday, in 1:57.2.
