George and Brenda Teague will be busy Saturday night at Mohawk Racetrack sending out four entries in three divisions of the Burlington Stakes. The $217,250 Empire Breeders stakes winner Dr. Dreamy will headline the quartet.

The 3-year-old son of Art Major has been given post two in the first division. He will be facing last year’s Metro winner Sportswriter and Malicious, who finished a strong second to Dr. Dreamy in the Empire Breeders stakes at Tioga Downs on May 30.

"I think he’s got a good shot in the Burlington, especially with post two. I wouldn’t kick him out of it at all. He’s a lot like me short but gutsy," Brenda Teague told WEG’s media department.

Dr. Dreamy will be racing against stablemate Im Gorgeous, who recently finished fourth in the $500,000 Hoosier Cup. The son of Bettors Delight won four times from eight starts last year. Driver Corey Callahan has been listed on both drives but has yet to finalize which mount he’ll take.

Last year’s Woodrow Wilson winner Windfall Blue Chip will also be apart of the Teague entry in the second division Saturday night. The son of Art Major racked up $260,000 last year from just six starts and recently finished sixth in the Hoosier Cup.

"I was happy with his performance in the Hoosier Cup. He took the lead and was pressured throughout the entire mile. Last year after the Woodrow Wilson he got sick so we had to quit with him. Within time he’ll get better; he’s just a late maturing colt," Teague commented.

Windfall Blue Chip will be looking to defeat likely favorite Rock N Roll Heaven, who recently won the New Jersey Sire Stakes final in 1:48.3 at The Meadowlands.

Windfall Blue Chip has been given post five for driver Callahan.

Delmarvalous is the final entry for the Teague stable. The Badlands Hanover son will be looking to capture his first victory of 2010. After a recent second place finish last Saturday night at Mohawk Racetrack, trainer Brenda Teague would like to see her charge race from behind.

"He’s a very aggressive horse; last week we made a few equipment changes to try and keep him quiet. I would like to see him race from behind on Saturday night," Teague stated. (WEG)
