For the harness racing aficionados that yearn for star 3 year olds to compete against older horses, their wish will be granted Saturday as North America Cup and Little Brown Jug winner Tell All will take on his elders—including Lis Mara—in the $100,000(C) Gold Cup Invitational at Woodbine.

The Blair Burgess-trained Tell All is riding a five-race winning streak coming into the Gold Cup, with his latest victory being a career-best 1:48.3 effort in a Tattersalls division at The Red Mile on Oct. 6. Jody Jamieson will once again drive Tell All, who has earned $1,484,247 this year, leaving from post four.

Lis Mara, who is coming off a victory in the Rendez-Vous at Hippodrome de Montreal last Sunday, drew post seven for driver John Campbell. Also in the field is Boulder Creek, (post eight, driver Daniel Dube), Silent Swing (post six, driver Phil Hudon), Escape The Wind (post five, driver Roger Mayotte), Secrets Nephew (post two, Lyle MacArthur) and the 3-year-old Hagi (post one, driver Rick Zeron).

The Gold Cup Invitational is on the same Saturday program that features the four Fall Finals for freshman trotters and pacers of both sexes: Goldsmith Maid, Valley Victory, Governor’s Cup and Three Diamonds.
