The 2005 Matron winner Roddy's Bags Again cruised to an impressive 1:50.4 victory in the $30,000 Delaware Special on Monday, Oct. 30, at Dover Downs. It hasn't taken long for driver newcomer to make a statement at the track. After two wins on opening night, Tim Tetrick, the fourth-leading driver in the sport, racked up a triple as did Ross Wolfenden. Trainer Josh Green also had three trips to the winner's circle.

Roddy's Bags Again returned to the scene of his biggest win at three, and with Eddie Davis Jr. handling the reins, easily outdistance eight rivals in the feature race. The victory was the fifth of the season for the son of Dragon Again trained by Tim Torbert for breeder-owner Bob Messick of Milford, Del. and lifts his seasonal total to $174,536 and $509,513 lifetime. High Calibre N enjoyed a perfect seat behind the winner and finished second with Steve Warrington. King Sands N, driven by Wolfenden, was third.

Tetrick's third win came guiding Perfect World Enterprises' Revolutionary Foe, trained by Green, to a 1:52.3 triumph. Midnight Walk (Wolfenden) was runner-up with race favorite O'Rouke Three (Tony Morgan) the show horse.

In one of three $18,000 Winners-Over paces, Tetrick took command in the first section taking the lead after the start and was never headed in a 1:51.3 score of owner-trainer Arty Foster Jr. The Arturo 7 year old was followed by Bully McCool N (David Miller) ad Make A Success (Brian Sears) second and third, respectively.
