Tetrick has 33-winner week

bTim Tetrick closed out a week of racing in which he made 33 trips to the winner's circle, with a four-win night on Saturday at Dover Downs.

The 14-year-old trotter OK Fella N won in 1:56.2. Steve Warrington drove the gelding, that he trains, to his third win in six starts this season with two seconds for Bill's Racing Inc. of Townsend, Del. In 2006, OK Fella N won six of 30 starts with seven seconds and four thirds. He has won $178, 373 in hid career.

Tetrick continued his multiple win days driving as many as seven winners one night and 30 wins this week at Dover Downs plus three more wins in New Jersey. Tetrick won five races last Sunday, then five more on both Monday and on Tuesday. He had four winners on Wednesday and then seven on the Thursday card. On Friday, when Dover Downs is dark, Tetrick won on race at Freehold in the afternoon and two more that night at the Meadowlands. Tetrick closed out his 33-win week with four wins on the Saturday program. Earlier this meet, Tetrick had eight wins and seven wins on separate cards at Dover Downs.

Tetrick drove Fred Hertrich's homebred B Dee's Artist to victory in 1:54.1 to win a $13,800 Delaware 3-4-&-5-Year-Old pace. Boo Bugg (Brad Hanners) was runner-up. GE's Gilmour (Roger Plante) was the show horse.

Tetrick's fourth win came in a $10,500 Male pace driving Blue Swimmer A, owned by Wendy Crissman and Robbins Nest Farm, to a 1:53.1 triumph in the six-year-old Australian -bred gelding's first start in the U.S. Real Art (Corey Callahan) led early and battled it out with Blue Swimmer A racing on the outside until deep in the stretch when Tetrick got the winner home. Armbro Brando (Tony Morgan) was third. (with files from Dover Downs)
