Driver Tim Tetrick entered Monday night three wins shy of 3,000 lifetime. It didn't take him long to reach the milestone as the 25 year old won three of the first nine races and quickly reached the 3,000-win plateau. His 3,000th victory came with Bill Emmons' Mattazuma ($3) in a 1:52.4 triumph in the ninth race. It was one of three Dylan Davis-trained horses he drove to victory. Tetrick also won the first race with a Chipoffablueblock ($3.80) and third race with Wizsell ($9.80). He currently leads all drivers in North America with 472 wins this year. Harrington's leading driver, Tony Morgan, is second with 359. In the featured $19,000 Junior Open, Foulk Stables' Diamonds Revenge ($5.60, Morgan) went a huge first-over trip to win in 1:52.1. The 5-year-old Jenna's Beach Boy gelding battled with pacesetting Hot Lather throughout before getting the best of him in deep stretch. (Harrington)
