The Meadows adds four $50,000 invitationals Adios weekend

The Meadows will stage four $50,000 Invitational races on Friday, July 31, as part of its Adios Week festival of Grand Circuit action. Pennsylvania -sired or -owned horses are preferred for the Invitational races--one each for pacing horses, trotting horses, pacing mares and trotting mares.

The Invitational events are a special feature of Adios Week, which is highlighted by the Delvin Miller Adios eliminations on July 24 and final on Aug. 1. The Adios will offer a purse exceeding $800,000, richest in the 43-year history of the event.
