Meadows Racetrack & Casino officials will unveil plans for its world-class permanent casino Wednesday morning at 11 a.m. The two-story casino/grandstand, which will hold 3,000 slot machines, will fully integrate the horse racing and casino functions, making it a true destination entertainment experience. It is scheduled to open in early 2009. The Meadows is owned by Las Vegas-based Cannery Casino Resorts. (The Meadows)
