With BG’s Folly, Delmarvalous and One More Laugh receiving byes directly into the $300,000 Cane Pace final on Labor Day at Freehold Raceway, just five of the eight sophomore male pacers going postward in a single $100,000 elim this Saturday afternoon will advance. Meanwhile the Lou Babic for freshman pacing colts drew seven entrants.

Included among the field of eight is Woodstock, whose owners paid a $35,000 supplemental fee to enter the first jewel of pacing’s Triple Crown.

Here is the draw for the Cane Pace elim, scheduled as the 7th race Saturday, Aug. 28, at Freehold, with an approximate post time of 2:30 p.m.
