Vernon Downs wrapped up its 2010 Nation Harness Handicapping Championship (NHHC) qualifier on Saturday, March 20, with Earl Andrews from Edmeston, NY, winning the contest and qualifying for the final at the Meadowlands set for April 23.
Tioga Downs will host its NHHC qualifying event on Saturday, March 27, with five races from Yonkers Raceway, along with five from Saratoga. Entry into the handicapping contest is free and registration will begin at 6 pm.
