Tioga, Vernon, STHHA, Gural donate to Lebanon

A combination of Tioga Downs, Vernon Downs, the Southern Tier Harness Horsemen’s Association and Jeff Gural personally will donate a total of $7,000 to the Lebanon Horsemen’s Disaster Relief Fund. The Fund was set up by the Ohio Harness Horsemen’s Association to provide relief for the horsemen affected by the barn fire at Lebanon Raceway.

 

"The fire at Lebanon Raceway was a tragedy and is every horseman’s worst nightmare. We wanted to step up and help out those that were affected by this tragedy and let them know they are in our thoughts and prayers during this holiday season," said Jeff Gural, chairman and owner of both Tioga Downs and Vernon Downs.

 

Anyone wishing to make donations can do so through two known funds. Lebanon Raceway has established a fund thru the LCNB National Bank, Barn 16 Donation Account, 2 N. Broadway, Lebanon, Ohio 45036. The OHHA’s fund is set up through National City Bank: Lebanon Horsemen’s Relief Fund. 763 Neil Ave., Columbus, Ohio 43215.
