Tivoli Hanover scratched from Jug

Max Hempt final winner Tivoli Hanover, who had major colon surgery in early June, has been scratched “sick” out of the second elimination of Thursday’s Little Brown Jug by trainer Chris Oakes. Tivoli Hanover was diagnosed with a displaced colon a week after he finished fifth in the $1 million Art Rooney final, and he had been listed “critical” following the operation that took place at the New Bolton Center.

Also, driver changes have also been announced for the Jug, most notably the naming of John Campbell to drive Ruff Me Up in the first elimination. Here are the horses and final driver changes (new changes in CAPS):
