Lebanon Raceway's leading trainer Tom L. Smith has received a one-year suspension and $1,000 fine as a result of a high post-race blood gas test on Rick's On Belief at Lebanon on Sept. 30. Smith, 38, was the leading trainer at the recent early portion of the fall meet at The Red Mile in Lexington, Ky.
