Indiana Downs has announced that because of ongoing track maintenance that racing Wednesday has been canceled. On Monday, deteriorating track conditions through the card finally came to a head when a horse in the 12th race broke down on the track and was subsequently euthanized, which prompted the cancellation of that night’s 13th race as well as the Tuesday race program.
The track is scheduled to resume live racing on Thursday with a first-race post time of 4:55 p.m.
