TrackMaster launches new handicapping tool

TrackMaster has announced the launch of their latest harness handicapping program, TrackMaster HarnessPro. A unique and powerful handicapping tool, it's a combination of all the features found in a sophisticated handicapping program, along with full past performance programs, conveniently presented as a web page based, all-in-one handicapping utility.
