As expected, the Pennsylvania Gaming Control Board today awarded temporary slots licenses to five racetrack casinos, including The Meadows, Mogehan Sun at Pocono Downs and Harrah’s Chester, The board also gave slots licenses to Philadelphia Park and Penn National racetrack.
