Travis Alexander told harnessracing.com Thursday morning that he has left his position as head trainer for Fashion Farms and plans to open a public stable. Alexander’s biggest victories for Arlene and Jules Siegel's Fashion Farms include back-to-back Jugettes the past two years with Just Wait Kate and Eternity’s Delight. “Things at Fashion Farms were great, but this has been a rough year with some unfortunate events with the horses,” said the 28-year-old Alexander, who has been with Fashion Farms overall the past six years, the past three as head trainer. “I am now looking forward to a new endeavor as a trainer of a public stable. “I’m not looking for anything real big, whatever happens I am sure I will be ecstatic,” he added. “One of the nice things of being young and single, I can go anywhere for anyone.
