Twin B Warrior closed with a final quarter of :27.1 to win Saturday night's $100,000 Willowdale Series final for 4-year-old pacers at Woodbine Racetrack. Driven by Sylvain Filion, Twin B Warrior tipped off cover in the stretch to score by a neck over favored Good Bad Ugly and driver Jody Jamieson. Art Professor, who held the lead for much of the way, finished third for Mario Baillargeon.
A son of Apaches Fame, Twin B Warrior is trained by Jeff Gillis for owner Mac Nichol. The win was his first in three starts this year.
