The U.S. Trotting Association has issued a ruling revoking the membership of Eric Ledford, Seldon Ledford and Ryan Dailey, under the provisions of USTA Rule 22, Sections 13 and 14, that provides for reciprocal action. The three, along with Ardena Dailey and Dr. John Witmer, all received suspensions and fines from the New Jersey Racing Commission on Thursday.
