The USTA's Full Circle program offers a free, no obligation means for anyone who'd like to know if a horse in their life, past or present, may need their help. There are nearly 5,000 horses enrolled in Full Circle, which mirrors similar programs offered by the American Quarter Horse Association, The Jockey Club and the American Morgan Horse Association.
