Leah Vandervort, 27, who was the fourth fastest female driver in history by virtue of a 1:53.4 win at Harrington Raceway in 2004, moved up to second place on the all-woman list Wednesday afternoon at Mohegan Sun at Pocono Downs with a 1:52.4 victory with her 3-year-old filly pacer Miss Tally Ho.
